Staff Announcement: Alain, Ansley, and Zach

This fall, we are excited to add three talented individuals to the Inspire Arts & Music team including our two new festival directors Alain Camous and Ansley Frachiseur, and business analyst Zach Miranda. Meet our new team members below!

Alain Camous, Co-Festival Director - Great East Music Festivals

Alain Camous is a multifaceted professional with a diverse career that has traversed business analysis, education, and leadership. Armed with a BM in Music Education and a MBA from Florida International University's College of Business, Alain is excited to combine his background in music, education, and business. Most recently, Alain served as a Senior Trade Analyst at DB Schenker, a global transportation and logistics provider. Previously, Alain served as a middle school math teacher for the Broward County Public Schools where he spearheaded technology enhancements for the district by securing a $1.6 million grant. Alain is an experienced music educator, active trumpet player, and an alumnus of the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps, Velocity Indoor Percussion, and the FIU music ensembles.

Ansley Frachiseur, Co-Festival Director - Great East Music Festivals

Ansley Frachiseur is a 2019 graduate of the University of Alabama, where she earned her degree in Music Administration with a minor in General Business. She most recently served as Assistant Manager of Development Events for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, assisting with all administrative aspects of fundraising events for BSO, Tanglewood, and the Boston Pops. Previously, Ansley was the Individual Giving Manager for the Alabama Symphony Orchestra in Birmingham, Alabama. Ansley also spent a brief time teaching 6th-12th grade band at North Bay Haven Charter Academy in Panama City, Florida. In college, she participated in all athletic and concert band ensembles, and completed her degree internship with the University of Alabama Million Dollar Band. She is an alumni of Sigma Alpha Iota, enjoys playing her flute, and spends her free time painting.

Zach Miranda, Business Analyst

Originally from Clearwater, FL, Zach Miranda grew up in Southeast Massachusetts and currently resides in Boston, MA. He recently graduated from Boston University where he earned two bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Physics. A performer at heart, Zach is an alumnus of the Boston Crusaders Color Guard and currently performs with the Cambridge-based Blessed Sacrament Winter Guard who recently earned a silver medal at the 2023 WGI World Championships. Zach is excited to join the Inspire Arts & Music team and further support the arts through his analytical and quantitative background.
